RAW ROOTs Deep Cleansing Kit for Hair and Dreadlock Detox

With the Raw Roots Deep Cleansing Kit, you will get the 2 best known products for keeping hair or dreadlocks clean, completely natural and without shampoo. This method is also known as No Poo.

Over time, dirt, impurities and product residue can build up onto your hair (or inside dreadlocks) and the trick with deep cleansing with baking soda and ACV (apple cider vinegar) is an old known method for dreadlocks.

It is recommended to deep cleansing with this mixture every 6 months.

The Cleansing bomb is made of organic extracts, that help to remove residue from leftover shampoo and products. On top of that, there are also essential oils, like Rosemary and Tee Tree, that helps with dandruff and other scalp issues. 

The ACV Rinse is purely made of organic apple cider vinegar, and you don't need to worry about the smell, that will disappear when your hair is dry.

The vinegar helps by closing your hair cuticles, and pH neutralises your hair and scalp.

After use, your hair is going to feel soft, shiny and it will dry much faster than normal.
 

Step 1: - How to use Deep Cleansing Bomb.
Fill a tub with warm water and drop the Cleansing Bomb in.
Choose a tub big enough, so that all your hair (or dreadlocks) can be completely submerged in the solution.
Once the solution is smooth and without lumps, submerge your hair into the tub and let it soak for at least 5 minutes.
Squeeze out impurities and build-up and rinse well with water.

Step 2: - How to use ACV Rinse.
Empty tub and pour the Apple Cider Vinegar in.
*If you want to add scent you can add 10 drops of tea tree oil, 20 drops of rosemary essential oil, and/or 20 drops of lavender essential oil.
Add hot water until full.
Let your hair soak 3-5 minutes.
Rinse well.

*It is not necessary to add fragrance. The vinegar scent disappears when the hair is dry.

These high quality products are hand made by Lisa. She has work experience as a hairdresser and that has learned her a lot about hair and scalp. Furthermore she has followed some courses in herbalism and studied the healing properties of plants for medicinal applications and cosmetic use. 
She says that there are more then enough plants with advantages for hair and skin, and that it is way better to use these as ingrediënts instead of their synthetic, usually harmfull substitutes.
Lisa lives in the midst of nature in a self-built house made of recycled materials. That's where she produces her own handmade products.

Lisa woont tenmidden van de natuur in een zelfgebouwd huis, gemaakt van gerecycleerde materialen. Daar maakt ze ook al haar producten.
