Hydrating Dreadlock Shampoo by RAW ROOTs is recommended for normal to dry hair, fina hair and also for mature dreadlocks.
It can be used for scalp problems such as dandruff, dry skin, irritation and itching.

This sulfate free shampoo is based on plant extracts and mild soaps that preserve the skin's natural fats and care for the hair, skin and scalp.

The mild detergents gently cleanses without drying out your scalp, the plant extracts restores the natural moisture balance and relieve discomfort and itching of your scalp.

Hydrolyzed corn and beet root extract is a natural moisture boost and also protects colour from fading.

Organic Comfrey, Chamomile, Lavender and Calendula flower soothes, heals and relieve discomfort and itching of your scalp.

Organic essential oils of lavender, geranium, rosemary and eucalyptus works inflammations inhibiting, stimulating and cooling on your scalp. It leaves your dreadlocks fresh with a scent of flowers and herbs.

This shampoo has, unlike some other shampoos a low pH value equal to your skin and hair. This creates the least possible imbalance and hair can turn back its natural cycles in production of fat and tallow.

Wet hair. Massage shampoo into the scalp. Focus mainly on the scalp area, then work the shampoo from the roots to the ends by squeezing the hair.
Rinse and repeat as needed. Because this shampoo is made without sulfates, it will lather less, optionally wash the hair twice. You will quick be used to less lather.

RAW ROOTs is a range of organic care products for dreadlocks. Some of these products are certainly also suitable for regular hair with low-poo methods (shampoo without residue), for taking care of dry hair (also for non-dreads) and for washing the body.

These high quality products are hand made by Lisa. She has work experience as a hairdresser and that has learned her a lot about hair and scalp. Furthermore she has followed some courses in herbalism and studied the healing properties of plants for medicinal applications and cosmetic use. 
She says that there are more then enough plants with advantages for hair and skin, and that it is way better to use these as ingrediënts instead of their synthetic, usually harmfull substitutes.
Lisa lives in the midst of nature in a self-built house made of recycled materials. That's where she produces her own handmade products.

Ze volgde verder nog opleidingen in kruidenleer en bestudeerde hun eigenschappen voor medicinale toepassingen en cosmetisch gebruik. Ze stelt dat er meer dan voldoende planten zijn met fantastische eigenschappen voor huid en haar, en dat we veel beter deze bestanddelen kunnen gebruiken dan hun synthetische, meestal schadelijke vervangers.
Lisa woont tenmidden van de natuur in een zelfgebouwd huis, gemaakt van gerecycleerde materialen. Daar maakt ze ook al haar producten.
